The Republic of Ireland's Health Service Executive (HSE) has approved nivolumab in combination with ipililumab, cisplatin, and pemetrexed for reimbursement as a treatment option for the first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have no sensitising EGFR mutation or ALK translocation.
