The Republic of Ireland's Health Service Executive (HSE) has approved dose dense doxorubicin in combination with cyclophosphamide (AC 60/600) 14 day followed by weekly paclitaxel (80) and weekly trastuzumab (DD AC-TH) for reimbursement as a treatment option for the adjuvant treatment of HER2 positive, high risk node negative or node positive breast cancer.
