Midostaurin Maintenance Therapy. NCCP National SACT Regimen. HSE. The Republic of Ireland's Health Service Executive (HSE) has approved midostaurin as a single agent for reimbursement as a treatment option for the maintenance treatment of adult patients with FLT3 mutation positive acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in complete response after completion of induction and consolidation chemotherapy.
